Rebecca is the strategic thinker, logic finder and project manager. Once the initial client requirements are understood, she embarks on figuring out the core message/s and the story that needs to be told. She then works with the client to clarify and define the core messages until they're clear and effective, then determines how best to structure the message the client needs to communicate. Ken is the visual thinker, mindmapper and creative developer. Once the project's objectives and outcomes are clear, he determines the most effective structure and flow for the message/information. Ken then develops the visuals to have the right "look and feel" for the client's audience and applications.

Ken also provides a graphic capture and recording function for staff offsites and workshps, enabling key themes, concepts and discussions to be captured visually, real-time.
